In 2023, Netflix launched Quarterback, a documentary series designed to give fans an inside look at the lives of NFL quarterbacks both on and off the field.
The show follows players throughout an entire season, capturing moments in the locker room, on the sideline, and at home with their families. One of the series’ biggest strengths is how it humanizes some of the NFL’s biggest stars and shows what they go through behind the scenes.

Mayfield will be featured in Season 3 alongside Cam Ward, Jayden Daniels, and Joe Flacco.
Season 1 drew 12.7 million viewers, while Season 2 pulled in 5.6 million. With Mayfield now joining the cast, football fans will get a side of the Buccaneers quarterback they’ve never seen before.
