One of the teams with the most money to spend this offseason is the Houston Texans, a team who shocked the world by winning their division and then winning a playoff game when they were supposed to be rebuilding. While they got bounced in the playoffs by the Ravens, a lot of teams would have suffered that same fate.

The Texans are an incredibly scary team this offseason because they have spending money and can improve their already scary team even more. C.J. Stroud dazzled NFL fans while having Tank Dell and Nico Collins at his disposal so just imagine what the Ohio State product will be able to do with Mike freaking Evans at his disposal.

The Texans don't necessarily need the help at wide receiver but why not add an elite weapon for Stroud? This team was already scary without an elite receiver so throwing one in there would absolutely make the Texans a legitimate threat to win the Super Bowl next year.
