2. Indianapolis Colts
The Colts have the fifth-most cap space this offseason. That right there makes them a threat to sign just about anyone they want. They could opt to give that money to Michael Pittman, who is also slated to be a free agent this spring.
If they want to add multiple elite receivers, however, the Colts could make a lot of sense for Evans. They have a young upcoming quarterback in Anthony Richardson, who showed a lot of potential before having to undergo a season-ending surgery.
The Colts made a push to get the playoffs this past season and having a weapon like Evans could do wonders for Richardson's development as a quarterback. Throw in the amount of space that Indy has and this could be a realistic landing spot for Mike Evans.
