NFL agents have spoken and the dirt has been dished, thanks to Ben Standig's latest column on The Athletic. Thirty-one NFL agents were surveyed and asked questions such as who is the most stable franchise, who is the least stable franchise, and who won the offseason. While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers weren't named one of the most stable franchises, they also didn't make the cut as one of the least stable teams either.

The Carolina Panthers can't say the same. The Panthers received the most votes in the category with nine of 31 agents picking them as the least stable organization. Standig provided readers with two comments from agents who chose Carolina as the least stable franchise and both comments revolved around owner David Tepper.

One comment jumped on how the Panthers lack organizational stability because of Tepper, who doesn't give them enough time. The other comment notes that the Panthers aren't well-run because of "Tepper's involvement". Oof.

Bucs fans will enjoy the latest dirt on Panthers

The Panthers didn't used to be this much of a punching bag. They reached the Super Bowl during the 2015 season after Cam Newton put together an MVP season but it's been all downhill ever since. Just when Panthers fans thought the team couldn't sink any lower, David Tepper purchased the Panthers in 2018 and it's been a bleep show since then.

Meanwhile, Bucs fans can sit back and watch the chaos continue to unfold in Carolina. Dave Canales was hired by Carolina in the offseason to be the next Panthers head coach and try to fix Bryce Young and that's going to be a tough task for the former Bucs offensive coordinator.

Tepper has been impatient since arriving to Carolina, firing Frank Reich not even a full season after hiring him and demanding the team take Young over C.J. Stroud, who has flourished. Bucs fans have enjoyed watching this train wreck in action and hope that it continues for years to come.
