Even though the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sit 6-7 and are atop the NFC South after a win over the Atlanta Falcons, there is no reason to feel accomplished.
The job is not done. In fact, it's far from being done. The Bucs do have the opportunity to control their own playoff destiny, which is a positive. But, the pressure is going to be on during these final four weeks.
Even after coming off a victory this past Sunday, these few Bucs are going to be under a ton of pressure going forward.
1. Zyon McCollum, CB
In the contest against Atlanta, cornerback Zyon McCollum had a rough day in coverage. He was targeted a season-high 12 times and gave up seven receptions for 71 yards.
As an outside corner and going up against Green Bay next week, McCollum could have his work cut out for him with a young, underrated group of wide receivers. If Christian Watson winds up playing, he is always a threat on the outside. Jordan Love has targeted Watson heavily in recent games. Watson has caught 12 of 16 targets and has scored three times in his past two games.
Watson missed last week after being questionable up until the day prior, but has a good shot to play against the Bucs. McCollum has the size to compete with Watson, which he'll need. But, he's not been good in coverage this year. He's going to be under a lot of pressure, especially with the Packers fighting for their postseason lives just like Tampa Bay.
