4 Buccaneers on the hot seat even after a win in Week 14

The win might feel good right now, but there is no reason to feel safe.

2. Baker Mayfield, QB

It seems odd, on one hand, putting quarterback Baker Mayfield on this list. But, the fact of the matter is, if you're playing quarterback on a one-year deal and for a team that's on the cusp of a postseason berth, your seat is going to be hot down the stretch.

Mayfield is not guaranteed next year in Tampa Bay, even though he has played about as well as he could play this season. In the win over the Falcons, he wasn't as sharp, if we're being truthful. Mayfield completed less than 50 percent of his passes, but did toss a pair of touchdowns and was able to stay turnover-free.

With the Bucs in control of their own destiny the rest of the way, the pressure will be on Mayfield as the quarterback of this team. He has the ability to control more of the outcome of a game than any other player, and in a division that is so winnable, he's got to do just that -- control the games and ensure he wins them.
