3. Dave Canales, Offensive Coordinator

Before losing to the Saints, Tampa Bay was on a 4-game winning streak and had topped the 30-point mark on offense in three-straight. Things were going well for offensive coordinator Dave Canales after an up-and-down season prior to that streak.

Canales has been oft-criticized by fans this season, and the justification has been pretty simple. If you do a quick search of "Canales" on social media, you'll find plenty of complaints and questions wondering why it's so difficult for the Bucs to get their best players the football.

It took an entire season, just about, to get Chris Godwin established as a focal point in the offense. Is it any wonder that, once that happened, the Bucs went on a winning streak?

The Panthers may have the worst record in football, but they're the no. 3 defense in the NFL in terms of yards per game. Canales has his work cut out for him, contrary to how the matchup looks record-wise.
