5. Todd Bowles, Head Coach

This should be no secret to Bucs fans. The rollercoaster this Tampa Bay team has taken them on, this season, is enough to warrant an Amazon delivery subscription to both Pepto Bismol and cheap champagne.

Head coach Todd Bowles' job is on the line this weekend.

Look, you have got to believe that if Bowles blows this game and ends the season with two-straight losses after Tampa controlled their own destiny, he's as good as gone. You cannot sit atop the division with two weeks to go and lose a pair of rivalry games. This is especially true for a pair of games which knock you completely out of the playoffs after looking like a team that could be a sneaky one to watch in the postseason.

Yes, it is mostly on the players. But, that's part of being a head coach. You end up taking the fall for things like this. But, this won't be simply "taking the fall." Bowles has proven time and time again that he knows just how to mismanage games. And, if the Bucs lose to a team that boasts the league's worst record, which also happens to be a division rival, Bowles is going to be fired.
