3. Baker Mayfield, Quarterback

Baker Mayfield has been a lot of fun this season, and many Bucs fans have been more than pleased with how he has performed. But, the problem is, Mayfield has been just good enough. He has not been a guy you can count on to be the reason this team wins the game. The Bucs need more than just "good enough."

For this season, Mayfield was a great stopgap. He wasn't a bad signing, and was probably one of the better options, all things considered. But, going forward, fans would like to see Tampa Bay do whatever they can do to go out and find a long-term, franchise quarterback.

On the season, Mayfield has thrown for 1,600 yards, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions while completing 64 percent of his passes. Again, that's not a bad line for Mayfield this season. But, it's not going to put the Bucs in the upper echelon of the NFL. Had the Bucs been able to run the ball much better to this point, maybe those numbers would be enough to garner a winning record.

Next year, Bucs fans would love nothing more than Tampa Bay to make a bold move and trade up for one of the draft's top passers. Will they do it?
