While Brown's situation has mostly to do with being far behind on the depth chart, Ke'Shawn Vaughn's situation is much more to do with talent and performance. This league is, after all, a "what have you done for me lately?" league, and Vaughn's performances, as of late, have not been good.

We even recently highlighted Vaughn as a player who should be cut, and now we're getting to the point where we truly believe he will be cut. Listen, Vaughn has been just plain bad during the preseason. He has gone from a player that the team publicly stated they want to have a legitimate role, to now fighting for his spot on a roster in a running back room that has been pretty mediocre overall.

If you're a running back who has totaled negative rushing yardage in a pair of preseason games and on 11 carries, chances are, you're not going to make it onto your respective team's NFL roster. That's exactly what Vaughn has done, so far, in two preseason games.

Barring an unforeseen explosive performance in Preseason Week 3 against the Baltimore Ravens, Vaughn is well on his way to losing his job in the coming days.
