In all likelihood, this is, indeed, a last hurrah.

3. Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans were the lucky team to come home with Hopkins this offseason, but he has hardly been utilized as he should be. With that said, there is a world where Evans goes to Tennessee and his career completely dies. In Evans' eyes, Tennessee isn't an ideal landing spot. In fact, he should avoid even meeting with the Titans, unless something drastic changes.

Quarterback Will Levis had an unbelievable coming-out party in his first game on a national stage, but since then he's been just as you'd expect a rookie quarterback to be: not great, needing work and plenty of development ahead.

The Titans have tried depending on Treylon Burks to be their no. 1 option, but injuries and inconsistencies have hampered that thought. Should Burks get fully healthy and the Titans brought in Evans, they could be great for one another. Evans would be a phenomenal mentor to Burks, who possesses a similar, big-bodied frame and should aspire to have the type of career Evans has had.

Again, does this spot make sense for Evans? Of course not. But, the Titans should be interested.
