Wide Receivers

Michael Thomas

From 2017-2019, Thomas enjoyed one of the greatest wide receiver peaks in recent memory, with 378 receptions, 4,375 receiving yards, 23 touchdowns, and 11.6 yards per catch in just 48 games. Since then, Thomas has played in 20 total games and has failed to go over 450 yards in any of those seasons, with injuries playing a major role in that. Still, Thomas is a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro receiver and is only 30, so its unlikely Thomas has suited up for the last time.

Hunter Renfrow

Recently, Renfrow has been linked to several teams as potential suitors for the star route-runner, including the Jets, Vikings, and Broncos. Renfrow, who's never totaled ten or more starts in a season, is the ideal depth receiver capable of making big-time plays out of the slot. When given nine starts in 17 games in 2021, Renfrow posted a 103-catch, 1,038-yard, and nine-touchdown campaign with his first Pro Bowl nod.

Russell Gage

This summer marks the second straight year Gage has been un-signed, with his last suitor being the Bucs in 2022. The two years prior to that, Gage was a perennial 770+ yard receiver and thrived working out of the slot and the outside in Atlanta. Without any major injury history at 26 years old, Gage could certainly latch onto a team in 2024.

Tight Ends

Brycen Hopkins

Playing behind Tyler Higbee for most of his career, Hopkins has been used very lightly during his time in Los Angeles. Through 39 games, Hopkins has only caught 13 passes for 196 receiving yards, but has served as a primary blocking tight end in two tight end sets. Hopkins, like Gage, is only 26 years old, and may be a key depth piece for a team like the Bucs this season.

Geoff Swaim

2024 would mark Swaim's tenth season in the league, and his role would likely stay as a block-first tight end. With only 100 career catches for 752 receiving yards and six touchdowns, Swaim isn't going to be a team's first, second, or even third option on the team, but he is a decent depth nonetheless.

Offensive Line

Connor Williams

Dating back to his rookie season in 2018, Williams has played all along the offensive line since entering the league in 2018. In 83 games (77 starts) with Dallas and Miami, Williams has taken 5064 snaps, allowing 43 penalties and 15 sacks. Williams was particularly impressive in 2022, his last full season, giving up six penalties and three sacks in 1,056 snaps for a team-high 78.2 PFF grade.

David Bakhtiari

At 32 years old, Bakhtiari is entering the last stage of his NFL career, and may just want a chance to play to finish out his career. Although Bakhtiari has missed 38 combined games over the last three seasons, the 11-year veteran is a three-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro, and would be a notable upgrade at tackle for several teams.

Mark Glowinski

After a slow start in New York, Glowinski was released this offseason in a $5.7 million cap-saving move by the Giants. Through nine seasons, Glowinski has started 96 career games with Seattle, Indianapolis, and New York, and would be valuable depth for a team's offensive line.
