Bucs get disrespected with updated Super Bowl odds even after blowout win over Eagles
Not many people believed in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after they managed to win the lowly NFC South, but unfortunately, a win against the imploding Philadelphia Eagles still hasn't impressed the oddsmakers.
Despite being one of the four remaining teams in the overall weak NFC, the Buccaneers are tied for the longest Super Bowl odds heading into the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs.
Buccaneers odds to win Super Bowl 58
At +3300 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook, the Buccaneers are tied with the Houston Texans for the longest odds to win Super Bowl 58. Heading into Wild Card Weekend, their odds were set at +9500, so this is a significant improvement from last week.
At +3300, they have an implied probability of 2.94% of winning the Super Bowl. That's a 1.9% increase after beating the Eagles. Now, if you were to bet on the Bucs to win it all, you'd earn a profit of $3,300 on a $100 bet if they're able to achieve the feat.

Can the Bucs win the Super Bowl?
The Buccaneers may not be as talented as some other teams still alive in the playoffs, but they have a path to the Super Bowl.
In the divisional round, they'll face a Lions team that has the worst defense amongst all remaining teams and a secondary that allowed over nine yards per throw to the Rams in the Wild Card Round. Baker Mayfield, Chris Godwin, and Mike Evans have the chance to attack this secondary and pull off the upset.
Obviously, the best team in the NFC, 49ers, would likely be watching for them in the championship game, but if the Packers pull off the upset, the Bucs would host the NFC Championship against a team they beat 34-20 just a few weeks back. Then, if they find themselves in the Big Dance, anything can happen.
Will they win the Super Bowl? The odds are stacked against them. CAN they win the Super Bowl? Absolutely.
Who do the Bucs play next?
In the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs, the Buccaneers will hit the road to take on the Detroit Lions. The game is set to begin at 3 p.m. EST on Sunday, Jan. 21.
The 49ers will host the Packers in the other NFC playoff game.
