Baker Mayfield, QB

Something not many are talking about is the fact that Baker Mayfield very well could have a lengthy career ahead of him, still. As a former number one overall pick, Mayfield comes with the pedigree. He's had success in college. He's even had some success in the NFL.

Mayfield has also had some struggles, but they can't all be attributed to him alone. The Browns had plenty of issues and reason why Mayfield struggled at times. If Mayfield is really allowed to let it loose in Tampa Bay (and he should) then there's no reason why he can't establish himself as a legitimate starter in this league once again.

At just 28 years old still, Mayfield has an opportunity to play for his future in 2023. If he can lead the Bucs to a division title and wind up with somewhere along the lines of a 4,000-yard season, 25-plus touchdowns and limit his turnovers, then there is no reason why the Bucs shouldn't bring him back and build this thing around him.

He has all of the weapons he could possibly want, in guys like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, along with White in the backfield and Cade Otton as an emerging tight end in his second year. Can Mayfield turn his career around and prove he's got plenty left in him?
