For the eighth time in franchise history the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are playing the Baltimore Ravens, but they'll be trying to get their first win in the matchup since 2002.

That's only the tip of the iceberg of what is on the line for the Bucs on Monday night. It was already a measuring stick test to see just how good Tampa Bay is, but thanks to what happened on Sunday there's now so much more at stake.

Atlanta losing to Seattle means that the Bucs head into their Monday Night Football showdown against the Ravens sitting in first place in the NFC South. A win would mean Tampa Bay controls not only the division but the No. 2 seed in the NFC thanks to a tiebreaker over the Washington Commanders. It would also position the Bucs within a game of controlling the No. 1 seed thanks to a tiebreaker over Detroit.

That's what's on the line in addition to everything else, which means the Bucs will need all the help on the field they can get.

Injuries have already ravaged Tampa Bay's roster this season. Last weekend was the first game since Week 1 that Antoine Winfield Jr. and Luke Goedeke played in, and was the season debut of Calijah Kancey. Even with those guys back, Rachaad White, SirVocea Dennis, and Graham Barton all didn't play which has only made the way the Bucs have navigated the first six weeks of the seaon even more impressive.

Mostly everyone will be back for Monday night, but the Bucs will still be missing some notable players.

Here's who has officially been ruled out for tonight's game:

Both Jamel Dean and Kam Johnson were placed on IR, which means they'll be out for the next four games. They join SirVocea Dennis and Chase Edmonds on injured reserve, with the latter being out for the season.

One of the biggest names on the inactive list is punter Jake Camarda, who has once again found himself benched. This is the third game this season where he'll be a healthy scratch, with Trenton Gill taking over punting duties. It might be the last time we see Camarda on the roster, as the Bucs will have a decision to make on Gill this week on whether or not to add him to the active roster since he won't be able to get called up off the practice squad for a fourth time.

It's a stunning fall from grace for a guy who was once one of the most important players on the team. He's failed to live up to that billing this season and it's clear the Bucs have run out of patience after he had another bad game in New Orleans last week.
