Reggie Bush=Rich, Kim Kardashian=Delicious

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: Off-Topic/Other, Video | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Was just reading about some parties that have gone on here this week, with most people saying that the Moves Magazine  party at The Venue in St Pete has been one of the best.   Found a nice video of Kim Kardashian looking super delish, and continously trying to keep her hooha’s from falling out of her dress, while Reggie Bush talks about how rich they are.

Bucs Lose Key Contract Negotiator

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News | COMMENTS: None Yet

The Rams have hired a key member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers front office, Kevin Demoff, to be their new Executive Vice President of Football Operations.   Demoff was a key cog in the Bucs having 40+ million in cap space this summer.  New GM Mark Dominik had targeted Demoff as a key member of the staff whom he wanted to retain.
“We have a member of our staff, Kevin Demoff, who is very educated in the contracts and negotiating,” said Dominik. “Again, it is the people around you that can make you better and that is going to be [...]

Jeff Jagodzinski, The New Bucs Offensive Coordinator

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: Breaking News | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

In my post last week speculating about the lack of an offensive coordinator, I mentioned a guy that was not being mentioned as a candidate for the offensive coordinator position, Jeff Jagodzinski.  Today, according to Buccaneers.com, the Bucs have hired Jagodzinski to be the OC.
Jagodzinski has experience on both the NFL and college levels, as the offensive coordinator in Green Bay in 2006, as well as serving as an Oline coach and TE’s coach in Atlanta and Green Bay for a total of 6 years.  He spent the last two seasons as the head coach of the Boston College [...]

Gruden Finally Speaks Up

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News, Rumors | COMMENTS: None Yet

Since his firing almost two weeks ago, Jon Gruden has incurred some shi*t talking from a few former players, most notably Michael Clayton, Simeon Rice and Jeff Garcia.  Two of those players should retire and go away, and if one continues to have hands made out of KY Jelly, he’ll be joining Carmella and Simeon as unemployed football players.
Some of the comments where right to the point (Simeon Rice) and some of them were pussy-footed (surprisingly Jeff Garcia, who would have though), but regardless, the point was made.  Some of Gruden’s former players do not like his coaching style. [...]

Simeon Rice Calls Jon Gruden A Scumbag

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

In an interview on Sirius NFL Radio, Simeon Rice had some harsh words for former coach Jon Gruden.
“You look at what he did when Chris [Simms] damn near died on the field; he wanted to release him right when he got injured. I get hurt, my shoulder’s torn off the bone. This dude releases me. You know what I mean? I’m your guy. The list goes on. Keenan McCardell, that situation was a debacle. Keyshawn Johnson, another situation [that] was a debacle. Joey Galloway, which was his man, was in the dog house all year because he got injured, broke [...]

Snail Like OC Search Loses A Candidate

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News, Rumors | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Quick update on the OC search for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
One of the main targets for our OC spot was former Browns OC Rob Chudzinski.  He is now out of the running after signing with the Chargers to be their assistant head coach/TE’s coach.
TheTennessean.com is reporting that the Buccaneers asked and were granted permission to speak to QB coach Craig Johnson about our vacant coordinator position.  Johnson has worked with the Titans since ‘02 and served as a quality control coach his first two seasons.
So the list apparently looks like (in alphabetical order) Chain Gailey, Craig Johnson, [...]

Steve Duemig Accomplishes Something Besides Allegedly Driving Drunk

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News | COMMENTS: 4 Comments

My disdain for local sports talk show host Steve Duemig of 620 WDAE is no secret to any of the readers of this site.   This is one of the most hyprotical men on the face on the face of the earth, and on top of that, just a generally terrible sports talk show host.  Duemig is callous, hard-headed and stirs up controversy for no other reason than he has nothing else to bring to the table besides garbage.   His predictions, prognostications, statements and general gossip are routinely laughed at by those who aren’t suckered in by the mere [...]

Where Is The OC?

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: Rumors | COMMENTS: 2 Comments

After last friday’s firing of Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen, and the subsequent firing of the majority of the offensive coaching staff, the Bucs as of today, still have no offensive coordinator in place.
Their main targets were former Cleveland Browns OC Rob Chudzinski, former Rams Head Coach Scott Linehan, and current QB Coach Greg Olsen.  Linehan signed on to be the Lions offensive coordinator on Friday, probably under the premise that he would have his choice of players with the first overall pick in the draft.  That is pure speculation on my part, but it would seemingly be the only [...]

Pewter Plank’s 2009 NFL Mock Draft Version 1.1

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: Mock Draft, News, Off-Topic/Other | COMMENTS: 15 Comments

1. Detroit Andre Smith OT Bama – Most online mocks either have Smith or Stafford in this spot. Since Stafford is a guy that will need some time to develop it makes a whole lot more sense to take the lineman now and find a QB somewhere later on. Smith is an outstanding tackle, who may just be so big that he’ll have some issues with pure speed rushers, nevertheless this is a guy you can feel very comfortable taking #1 overall and manning your LT spot for many years to come.

2. St. Louis Michael Oher OT [...]

Jeff Garcia Begins His Whine-A-Thon

AUTHOR: Dustin Staggers | IN: News | COMMENTS: 6 Comments

All my readers are very aware of my general disdain for QB Jeff Garcia.  Not only is he an average at best QB, but he is a fu#$%n baby.  I figured after Jon Gruden’s firing it was only a matter of time before he spouted out some toxic whining out of his mouth…it took about a week.
“I know for me personally, going through that with him was a very difficult time, disappointing time. But the one thing that I always tried to look back on or reflect on was that I wasn’t the first and I won’t be the [...]
