Notre Dame. Ronnie Stanley. 6. player. 26.
Notre Dame’s Ronnie Stanley was projected as a first-round selection had he come out in the 2015 NFL Draft. He didn’t, and although many hurt their own draft stock by returning to school, Stanley has maintained his billing as one of the draft’s top offensive lineman, and a top-10 pick.

For the Ravens, they’ve fallen to earth a bit since winning the Super Bowl four years ago, and are back in the top-10 of the NFL Draft for the first time since 2003. As another team in a best player available situation, Stanley fits the Ravens’ needs, and is a prospect who could provide stability to the Ravens offensive line for a long time.

Stanley has a few technique areas to shore up, but it’s nothing some good coaching can’t fix. Physically, he has all the tools to help bring the Ravens offense back up to snuff, and ensure Joe Flacco has the time necessary to connect with the no longer retiring wide receiver Steve Smith.

Despite having some areas in need of tuning, Stanley is an easy upgrade over projected starting left tackle Eugene Monroe, and as the protector of Flacco’s blindside, there should be no hesitation by the Ravens when their turn in the draft comes up.
.
