Many expect Tampa Bay to go defense heavy in the 2016 NFL Draft, and with good reason.  However, with intriguing talent awaiting all NFL franchises in the second round, a well-timed offensive weapon taken here could pay big dividends as the Bucs looking to ensure the offense continues to thrive around Jameis Winston.
