Looking back since the year 2000, who are the best players the Buccaneers have chosen in the first round?

The NFL season may be the time for the players, but the offseason is the time for the staff.  Coaches, assistants, general managers, and scouts take center stage, searching for future success for their teams.  Jason Licht and the Buccaneers’ staff are plowing full steam ahead towards free agency and the NFL draft.  6-10 was a nice improvement, time to move onward and upward.
