4. Aqib Talib

He may have been a Patriot, and more recently, a Super Bowl champion with the Broncos, but it all started here in Tampa Bay.  Talib was chosen in the first round of the 2008 draft.  Over his first three seasons, Talib posted four, five, and six interceptions respectively.  He became quite the reliable player, starting 45 of his 58 games in the Pewter of Tampa Bay.  Over his first four years in Tampa, Talib averaged nearly nine passes defended each season.

He did have a drug suspension in 2012, which led to the trade to the New England Patriots.  He has rebounded to continue a strong career in Denver and New England, but his years in Tampa were quite good.  Had he remained on the roster, Talib might have climbed higher up this list.
