Five Buccaneers Who Must Step Up in 2016

With the Buccaneers looking to improve on a 6-10 record, here are five players that must step up.

The Buccaneers finished 6-10 last year, showing a lot of promise moving forward.  They have found their quarterback in Jameis Winston, and Doug Martin returned to form, finishing second in the league in rushing.  The Bucs fielded the best offense the franchise has seen in many years.  They did fire their head coach in Lovie Smith, but Dirk Koetter has been elevated to keep the development of Winston and company moving forward.

To take the next step, and elevate the Bucs back to playoff status, a lot of guys are going to have to up their respective games.  This morning, we have identified five players in particular that must step things up in 2016, in order for Tampa to take the next step.
