Safety is still a position of need for the Bucs and Michigan’s safety is the best one available in next years draft.  He should not be available when the Bucs pick because they shouldn’t be picking really high next season.  Maybe they make a trade or he slips in the draft, as this kid has got instincts to be an elite play-maker at the next level.  A standout athlete in high school, he was named the Air Force National Sophomore of the Year in 2011.

Sports Illustrated named Peppers one of their “Future Game Changers.”  Five star prospect coming out of high school, he chose to play for Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines.
