There is a battle brewing for the right to snap the football to Jameis Winston. After arriving from Atlanta last season, Joe Hawley became the starter. Hawley was decent, though Pro Football Focus ranked him 28th in the league with an overall grade of 48.5. He was better in the passing game, with a pass block grade of 60.0.
