Finally, we take a look at the man in the middle.
There is a battle brewing for the right to snap the football to Jameis Winston. After arriving from Atlanta last season, Joe Hawley became the starter. Hawley was decent, though Pro Football Focus ranked him 28th in the league with an overall grade of 48.5. He was better in the passing game, with a pass block grade of 60.0.

Who did he take the job from? Evan Dietrich-Smith, who started 15 games in 2015. He started five games last season and will be looking to earn his job back this summer.
