Signed by the Buccaneers in 2004 out of the University of Florida playing in 98 games and starting in 35 of them as running back / fullback.
With total of 477 carries 2047 yards and fifteen touchdowns in his career with his best seasons in 2007-2008 where he rushed for 354 carries 1461 yards and fourteen touchdowns.
During the 2011 season he suffered a serious Achilles injury and being a free agent at the end of the season the Buccaneers did not resign him and it basically ended his career.
A fan and team favorite due to his willingness to put the team before himself and playing halfback and fullback to help the team.
Offensive lineman Demar Dotson was signed by the Buccaneers in 2009 out of Southern Mississippi playing in 89 games while starting 65 at right tackle and won the starting right tackle job prior to the 2012 season.
He is helping to anchor the right side of the offensive line which hopes to be much improved this season with some position changes and getting right guard J.R. Sweezy back from injury.
