If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were to make it to the Super Bowl this year, I would like to see them match up with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers are one of football’s finest organizations and last season made the playoffs before being bounced by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

With Ben Roethlisberger returning for another season the Steelers are penciled in for another playoff run and will likely be one of the toughest teams in the league. So, why would I want them to play the Buccaneers?

From an entertainment standpoint, these two teams would score a lot of points and make for an exciting shoot-out type game.

The Steeler offense has as much firepower as anyone else in the league with Roethlisberger, Le’Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster and rookie James Washington.

Tampa can go shot-for-shot with Pittsburgh thanks to their core of passing targets and improved offensive line.

From a strategic perspective, this game would be a rematch of their Week 3 meeting on Monday Night Football.

This means the coaches and players from both teams will have added experience playing each other and should result in a better game.

Both teams have question marks around their defenses with offenses to make up for it. No team that makes the Super Bowl – even the Cleveland Browns – will make for an easy matchup with the Bucs, because otherwise, they wouldn’t have made it there.

I’d rather play a team who the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have faced this season, and one who can provide some entertainment value to make the game more memorable.
