The 2019 NFL Pro Bowl kicks off on Sunday, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have one representative. Find out how to watch the game here.

Football is football, right? For those that cannot get enough of the NFL, this year’s Pro Bowl is on Sunday, January 27th in Orlando, Florida.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers don’t have much representation at the star-studded event, but wideout Mike Evans will be on the field donning the Bucs helmet.

Evans had a tremendous 2018 season. He hauled in 86 passes for 1,524 yards and eight touchdowns. Arguably his best season to date, Evans has initially left off the Pro Bowl roster, but an injury to Julio Jones opened the door.

It felt as though Evans was a snub once the initial roster came out. He was in the top-five of multiple receiving categories and still managed to stand out in a crowded receiving corps. With so many players demanding targets, Evans put up elite numbers.

Unfortunately, the lack of team success put him in the back of people’s minds, forcing him to miss the team initially.

It indeed wasn’t the ideal way of landing a team, but Evans has represented Tampa Bay proudly leading up to the game. Hopefully, he can put on a show in what is the best exhibition of the NFL’s top talent every year.

It would be a great time to remind the fans why he should be in consideration as one of the game’s best receivers.
