Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 3 UDFAs with best shot to make team

Bruce Anderson is a front runner to make the roster among all undrafted free agents. Anderson plays a position that has depth currently on the Buccaneers roster, but no players are running away with the job for one reason or another at the running back position.

Anderson played at the FCS level at North Dakota State, and that raises some concerns for many who worry about the jump in opposing talent. A do-it-all back who is a great runner and a more than capable pass protector and catcher, Anderson looks to be the third back behind Peyton Barber and Ronald Jones, and potential steal some reps.
Anderson has excellent balance, feet, open field ability and is a tough runner who is not afraid to run through and over a defender. The biggest area of concern for Anderson making the roster is his lack of decision making. The Bisons had arguably the best offensive line in the FCS so the holes were huge and plentiful more often than not. When faced with limited space and not a clear cut hole Anderson struggles to find his best option to gain yards.
With Peyton Barber and Ronald Jones virtual locks to make the roster barring injury, Anderson will need to work hard to take a roster spot from veterans such as Andre Ellington and Kerwynn Williams.
