WR Mike Evans
Mike Evans is the obvious number one player that comes to mind when you think of pure talent on the Buccaneers. Evans is polarizing on the field and his large 6’5 and 230 pound frame grabs your attention as he is a giant compared to many on the field.

Evans was selected back in 2014 with the seventh overall pick by way of Texas A&M. While in college Evans benefited from playing with the former Heisman Trophy winner and Cleveland Browns quarterback, Johnny Manziel. Coming into the league there were questions as to how well Evans would play without having a great quarterback but he quickly put those concerns to bed by topping 1,000 yards and 12 touchdowns as a rookie.
In the five seasons, Evans has spent in Tampa Bay he has posted at least 1,000 yards receiving in every year and has topped 70 catches each of the last four seasons. Heading into season six many are expecting big things from the Pro Bowl receiver.
Evans will be called on early and often by new head coach Bruce Arians and is expected to be the All-Pro he has been before. Mike Evans is the unquestioned number one player in Tampa Bay.
