Start em’: Chris Godwin

If you snatched up Chris Godwin in fantasy this season,  chances are you’re probably at the top of your fantasy league. Godwin has been one of the bright spots on this Bucs offense so far this season. So far he’s racked up 662 yards and six touchdowns, which is third in the NFL behind Micheal Thomas and Stefon Diggs.

This week he will face a solid Titans defense that’s 26th in points allowed to wide receivers. Despite that, Godwin has yet to disappoint this season and until he doesn’t perform, I see no reason to take him out of the lineup. Godwin has been Jameis Winston’s favorite target so far this season so expect Godwin to continue to get a lot of targets.

Start em’: Buccaneers Defense

Yes, you read that right. Although the Bucs defense has not looked great this season in the secondary, this week they face a backup quarterback in Ryan Tannehill. I expect the Bucs defense to try and confuse Tannehill by showing him many different looks on the defensive side of the ball.

If the Bucs send blitzes at Tannehill they may be able to force some turnovers and gets some sacks. The Bucs rush defense also is ranked the best in the NFL this season so expect it to be a tough day for running back Derrick Henry. So if you have another defense that has a tough matchup, consider picking up the Bucs defense this weekend.
