This quote taken by itself seems like not a big deal. When you take into consideration another quote that Arians made a week earlier concerning a different player’s status for the coming season it is very confusing as it pertains to Winston. That quote was concerning Shaq Barrett’s future here; Arians gave this reply, “Shaq Barrett isn’t going anywhere”.
I’m not going to try and figure out these conflicting statements as there could be several things behind it. I will leave that to you the reader to decode, and decide. The old line, it is, what it is comes to mind concerning this one.
It’s also being reported by a source of a different Bucs Outlet that the Glazer’s aren’t happy, and furthermore Winston, and Jason Licht will be shown the door at seasons end. The fact that Licht just received a five year extension with the team also is an issue that makes you go hmmm?
