Several Tampa Bay Buccaneers get sneak peek of new uniforms
A few Tampa Bay Buccaneers had an opportunity to get a sneak peek at the new uniforms, which will be unveiled during the month of April.
As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prepare to unveil new uniforms in a matter of weeks, the organization is continuing to promote the new brand that’s going to come with it.
On Wednesday, the Buccaneers released a video showing Chris Godwin, Lavonte David and Devin White getting a sneak peek of the new uniforms.
Their reaction? Well, it speaks for itself.
The Buccaneers confirmed in this video that there are three different jerseys and, obviously, some of the leaders in the Tampa Bay locker room approve of the new design.
What does that exactly meaning moving forward? Well, it all remains to be seen. Literally.
The Tampa Bay faithful have been waiting for a new uniform basically since the previous design was unveiled. The look, at least in my opinion, wasn’t that of a professional football team and, instead, left fans to be desiring more.
The new uniforms are coming at the perfect time. The Buccaneers just made the biggest free-agent signing in the history of the organization by bringing in QB Tom Brady. Tampa Bay has a young core with plenty of talent looking to compete and it seems that the franchise is ready to break a 12-year streak of missing the playoffs.
Under Bruce Arians and Jason Licht’s leadership, this franchise has become one of the promising up-and-coming organizations in the NFL and the new uniforms will be just another step in this franchise’s trek back to prominence.
While Godwin, David and White already know what the design looks like, the rest of Bucs nation will have to wait, at least a little bit longer.
