The 53-man roster is set and the practice squad is coming together for the Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have now made all the moves necessary to begin the 2020 season and kickoff is nearly upon us.
Tampa Bay will open up its season this coming Sunday in a road match-up against NFC South rival New Orleans Saints. The Saints are currently listed as the favorite and it will be interesting to see how Tom Brady and that offense looks in Week 1 following just a couple of weeks of Training Camp and no preseason games.
As far as the practice squad is concerned, it’s really nice to see the Bucs be able to retain their draft picks and bring back their seventh-rounders despite having to waive them. Josh Rosen will be a perfect addition to that practice squad and give Tampa a potential option for the future if he can develop under the leadership of Bruce Arians moving forward.
