Three Saints players who could be a problem for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will open up their 2020 campaign against the New Orleans Saints in a game that will have the attention of the entire nation.
The Buccaneers and Saints are considered to be two of the top contenders in the NFC and everyone is excited to see how the new-look Bucs will perform against their divisional rival in a game that will pit two of the league’s historically great QBs against each other.
While there will be no fans in attendance, there will still be plenty of excitement surrounding this match-up.
As we continue to prepare for the start of the season, here are three New Orleans Saints players who could be a problem for the Buccaneers.
Drew Brees
Let’s start off this list with the most obvious player who could give the Buccaneers fits: Saints QB Drew Brees.
Brees missed the final portion of the 2019 season, but has returned this year looking to play at a high level and prove that he still belongs among the list of the top quarterbacks in the league.
From all accounts, Brees has had an excellent Training Camp and we all know he has plenty of weapons around him to make that Saints offense click. The Bucs have a young secondary and they’re going to be put to the test right away.
Brees does an excellent job of getting the ball out quick and he won’t hesitate to test that defensive backfield and see what match-ups he can win.
