Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't the only ones tired of hearing about the "Tush Push", a play run by the Philadelphia Eagles on short-down distances that is successful more often than not. The play has come under fire in recent weeks due to Eagles guards clearly jumping offsides and people questioning how the heck you're supposed to officiate it.

The Bucs have had success stopping the now famous play and maybe that's what's crept into the minds of the Eagles and their fan base as the two teams prepare to meet in Week 4 with 4-0 on the line. While Eagles fans obsess over the Bucs' recent addition of 450-pound Desmond Watson to their practice squad, Bucs fans know the real reason this team can slow down the "Tush Push" and it has nothing to do with Watson.

Eagles fans are completely misguided on Bucs' success against Tush Push

The Watson narrative is a silly one because the Bucs aren't going to elevate him to the active roster in time for this game. How is he supposed to stop the Tush Push if he's not even active for the game?

No, the reality of the situation is that the Bucs have another weapon that can slow Jalen Hurts down on this play. That weapon is Vita Vea, who has been successful in stopping the difficult play in the past.

The Eagles can focus all they want on Watson and telling themselves whatever they want to about Tampa bringing him back right before this match-up but the guy who is going to make the difference against this play is Vea. That's at least what Buccaneers fans are hoping for when these two teams go head-to-head on Sunday.

If Tampa can slow down the infamous play and throw the Eagles off their game, their chances of winning this game will only increase. It'd also be nice to put the reigning Super Bowl champions in their place and moving to 4-0 on the year would be a nice perk as well.
