The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have become known for their classic, iconic branding and uniforms.
From the beloved creamsicle throwbacks to their current red-and-pewter uniforms the Bucs showcase one of the most unique and recognizable identities in all of sports. Â
It wasn’t always this way — the organization became the butt of many jokes thanks to the alarm clock era uniforms they donned from 2014-19, but the return to the cleaner, classic look in 2020 has been a home run.
It’s hard to find many faults with the Bucs’ current look, and one recent ranking proved just how highly the team’s uniform wardrobe is regarded.

Sports Illustrated's Mike Kadlick recently ranked all 32 NFL teams based on their uniform combinations. It’s no surprise that the Buccaneers ranked near the top of the list, coming in at No. 6.
“Gone are the days of the Buccaneers’ hideous mid-2010 uniforms that featured too many colors, an oversized helmet logo and what fans described as “alarm-clock numbers.” Now, Tampa Bay sports a far sleeker look that includes Buccaneer red home jerseys, road whites paired with pewter pants and two Creamsicle-style throwback uniforms to boot,”
Kadlick gave the Bucs plenty of props for their current uniform slate, and he didn’t even mention the fan favorite all-pewter color rush uniforms that are reportedly returning in 2026.
No matter what happens on the field performance-wise this season, the Bucs are going to look good doing it.
The organization must be thrilled to see the team’s branding earn the universal respect it deserves. With one of the coolest logos, a one-of-a-kind colorway, and a slick uniform design, Tampa Bay boasts one of the best looks in all of sports.Â
